Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If buyer cancels, deposit is forfeited. If breeder cancels, deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days.

Payment Plan Terms: Registration paperwork will be transferred to buyer only upon receipt of final payment. Failure to make scheduled payments as outlined below will result in mandatory return of the puppy to the breeder with no refund of any payments made.

Buyer acknowledges that registration paperwork (including litter registration number and individual papers) will be provided only after final payment is received in full.

If any scheduled payment is not received within days of the due date, puppy must be surrendered to breeder with no refund of any payments made.

Puppy-Back Breeding Agreement: This female is sold at a reduced price in exchange for the breeder receiving a puppy (or puppies) from a future litter. All terms must be agreed upon in writing prior to any breeding.

Breeder must approve the stud dog prior to any breeding. Unapproved breedings void the puppy-back agreement and buyer owes the full market value difference immediately.

If the female fails to produce a litter after two good-faith breeding attempts, this agreement is considered fulfilled and no further obligation exists on either party.

Buyer is responsible for all whelping, veterinary, and puppy care costs until breeder takes possession of their selected puppy/puppies at weeks of age.

BUYER'S VET REQUIREMENT

Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking possession. Any health concerns must be reported to the breeder in writing within this window or the health guarantee is void.

Buyer agrees to continue the puppy's vaccination and deworming schedule as recommended by their veterinarian. Failure to maintain vaccines voids the health guarantee.

HEALTH GUARANTEE TERMS

5.1This guarantee does NOT cover: injuries, illnesses caused by buyer neglect, parasites contracted after sale, environmental conditions, or behavioral issues.

5.2Belgian Malinois are a high-drive working breed. Buyer acknowledges this dog requires proper training, socialization, exercise, and experienced handling. Failure to provide appropriate care voids all guarantees.

5.3Breeder does not guarantee temperament, working titles, drive level, or performance results. These traits are influenced by training and environment.

Ownership, Care & Return Policy

Buyer agrees this dog will NEVER be surrendered to a shelter, rescue organization, or abandoned under any circumstances. If buyer can no longer keep the dog, breeder has first right of return at no charge to buyer.

This dog will not be sold, transferred, or rehomed to a third party without written consent from breeder. Any unauthorized transfer voids this contract and any remaining guarantees.

Buyer agrees to provide this dog with adequate food, water, shelter, veterinary care, socialization, and appropriate exercise consistent with the needs of a working Belgian Malinois.

Buyer will not use this dog for any illegal activity, dog fighting, or purposes that cause suffering or harm.

Buyer agrees to notify breeder of any change of address, change of ownership, serious injury, death, or serious illness of this dog within 14 days of occurrence.

Additional Terms & Conditions

7.1 Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of . Any disputes shall be resolved in the county of .

7.2 Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.

7.3 Indemnification. Buyer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the dog upon transfer of possession. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold breeder harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the dog's actions after sale.

7.4 Belgian Malinois Acknowledgment. Buyer acknowledges they understand the Belgian Malinois is a high-energy, high-drive working breed. Buyer represents they have the experience, time, and resources to properly manage this breed.

7.5 Photos & Media. Buyer grants breeder permission to use photos/videos of this dog for kennel promotion and social media unless buyer opts out below.
