Each puppy is a testament to our commitment to health, temperament, and workability, making them ideal for both specialized tasks and as cherished family members.

Understanding your agreement with Green's Gators

This Green’s Gators Puppy Purchase Agreement is a mutual commitment between us (the Seller) and you (the Buyer). It details the specifics of your chosen Belgian Malinois puppy, including its unique identifiers and the financial terms of the purchase. The main goal is to establish clear expectations, ensuring a smooth transition for your new family member and setting the foundation for a healthy, happy life together.

Your responsibilities as a new puppy owner

Upon taking possession of your new Belgian Malinois puppy, you assume the vital responsibility for its well-being. This includes providing a loving and safe home, proper nutrition, consistent training, and timely veterinary care. A crucial first step is having your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup. This initial check-up confirms the puppy's health and establishes its baseline care, as detailed in our comprehensive health guarantee section of the agreement.

    1. Description of Dog

    2. Purchase Price & Terms

    • Total Purchase Price: $2200.00
    • Non-Refundable Deposit: $500.00 
    • Remaining Balance: $1700.00 (Due upon delivery/pick-up)

    3. Health Guarantee

    The Seller guarantees that at the time of delivery, the puppy is in good health and has received all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.

    • Initial Veterinary Exam: Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking possession. If the vet finds the puppy to have a life-threatening illness, it may be returned for a full refund or replacement, provided a written report is supplied to the Seller.
    • Genetic Guarantee: Seller provides a  2 Year guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects (e.g., heart, kidney, or liver failure). If a genetic defect is confirmed by a specialist, Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
    • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover common puppy ailments such as internal parasites, giardia, coccidia, or injuries sustained after the puppy leaves the Seller’s possession.

    4. Ownership Responsibilities

    The Buyer agrees to provide a safe, loving environment and maintain the puppy’s health through:

    • Regular veterinary check-ups and vaccinations.
    • High-quality nutrition and proper exercise.
    • Spay/Neuter Agreement: Unless "Full Breeding Rights" are purchased, this dog is sold on a Limited Registration and must be spayed/neutered after the age of 24 months.

    5. Right of First Refusal

    If at any time the Buyer can no longer care for the dog, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller immediately. The Seller maintains the Right of First Refusal. The dog shall never be surrendered to a shelter or sold to a third party without the Seller's written consent.
